Executive         Assistant Intern

OVERVIEW

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support for the President and COO of Remnant REACH This includes managing an active calendar of appointments. The Executive Assistant will manage contacts for the President and COO, and compose and prepare outgoing correspondence that may be confidential. 

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting weekly leadership team meetings. This position will project manage internal communications and transactions, manage a list of tasks and deadlines, complete special projects as requested and assist the President and COO with preparation for events and conferences.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, work ethic, and commitment to providing excellent customer service, while establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with the Remnant REACH leadership team.

The Executive Administrative Assistant should have the ability to think strategically, and have ability to multi-task, and be flexible to changing needs. Must be self-motivated to manage multiple projects simultaneously, excellent problem solving skills, and a purpose driven, optimistic, positive attitude, with a commitment to a high level of customer service.

Graphic Design Intern

ABOUT THE POSITION

During your internship, you'll be a contributing member of our design team, working side by side with our marketing and product designers to execute event websites and marketing materials, ranging from decks to branded swag. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the production of digital artwork for the campaigning of community affairs, as well as grassroots, community, and cultural activations.
  • Assist with the graphic design of print media and any other marketing collateral.
  • Work under the direction of sponsors and collaborative projects
  • Meet with managers bi-weekly to discuss the creative direction of marketing/advertising goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of Graphic Design experience.
  • Highly organized, creative and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Empathy to work with diverse customers, staff, managers, and authorities.
  • Must be able to deliver quick turnarounds if necessary.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision.
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript is a bonus
